I submitted the motivation letter once when I submitted my application...so do I have to submit it again to expedite the process ?
I applied for Relatives Visa on 26th oct & came through on 18th Jan. Little delay in comparison to what they claim 60 days which could have been due to Xmas Break.
I would say wait for 60 days. In mean time, do submit motivation letter to expedite the process to a Consulate via VFS.
Rest leave it on God.
I contacted almost everyone you can think of, via emails, via Twitter & couple of visa FB.
Absolutely waste of time, no help from anyone, not even acknowledge of the email or tweet or post.

If you have a job offer, kindly submit it at VFS center and give a consent letter to expedite the process.
I am sure that your's will happen very fast IF THERE IS OFFER LETTER.
