Greetings
I applied for a student visa on Aug 4th, I'm unable to find out how long it's gonna take. Im losing time and we have already cancelled air tickets can anyone pls advice me how long it will take.

I have applied for visa on 31st July. There is no update till now. Can anybody have an idea how many days it takes. The embassy people are not responding correctly. They are taking their own time. They should understand how the people are facing problem in booking tickets. At least they should update what the status is. Trust me very worst embassy. Pisces of calling them.
I have applied for a visit visa on the 4th of August. I am still waiting, its been more than 22 working days and I am not too sure what is the problem. VFS staff is not being honest and they still say that it takes 5 working days. I have cancelled my tickets twice.

I am in Cape Town right now and my immigration lawyer mentions that if I apply for the work visa from New Delhi, the old rules will apply and I won't have to get the department of labor certificates etc. Can anyone who has applied for a work visa recently verify her claim?

I have applied for my visa on 26th and I have to attend my cousre which is commencing on 8th of september and if I miss this course ill have to wait for the next year
I am applying for Critical Skills Visa. I would like to know if I can apply Dependent & Study Visa together for my family members as well.
I submitted the ICT application on 27th June and yet to receive any information reg this. Not sure when will i get the VISA Stamped. Kindly help
Please note that Visa processing is not taking more than 10 working days and it is petty decent considering the delay we had in May & June. Its always better to apply well in advance instead of last few days
They have not even cleared cases which were filed in the month of May . Business Visa they are now taking almost 3 weeks. Only becuase they are short staffed everyone is suffering.
Over and above this, they are so rude to talk. They should understand that no one is doing personal work here.
