Critical skill visa stuck from 3 months
Hello helpful people,

I applied for critical skill visa In Mid of October 2014.
I had all the necessary documents even IITPSA document specifying under which critical skill i fit.
But i havent got any visa yet, evrytime I call embassy people tell me that my verification of IITPSA certificate is pending.
So i even asked my friend in south africa to check with IITPSA, but they are saying they have not got any inquiry about me.
Now i'm stuck in middle, nowhere to go.
I even dropped multiple emails to the email adrress given to me by embassy people, but they have not replied yet.
Can anybody help me out here please.
i have been waiting for long time now, before applying critical skill I applied for Quota permit in Jun 14.
But as DHA changed the rules I was asked to re apply under critical skill section.

I have applied for spouse Visa for Zakiya Shaukatali Pangarkar Passport Number: J3575094, Visa RECIEPT Ref: JP3NFSY (365), I am a South African Citizen, however my country of birth is INDIA... I have submitted all necessary documents required by consulate.. Her VISA RECIEPT REFERENCE : JP3NFSY (365)

At time of submission I have attached my marriage certificates which was issued and registerer by Govt. of Maharastra, my spouse being from rural area which is Borli Panchatan I was registered and issued a marriages of certificate by Govt. Of Maharastra at Borli Panachatan office, when I enquired in Mumbai marriage Court with regards to certification of marriages I was told that I need to go to my local Panchatan and that if u happen to be residing in an urban area like MUMBAI only than a "registerer of marriages" certificate is issued..

I trust all in order and kindly issue my spouse her visa at your earliest.

study visa @ WITS
Hello,
I have applied for study visa for WITS University on 30th Dec 2014. Also,provided all the required mandatory documents for the same. But still,there is no repsonse of the visa status. WITS registration is at 27th Jan 2015. Please facilitate for early granting of visa.

Late visa can ruin an opportunity of studying at such a prestigious university.

Kindly help to sort out the above issue.
