my passport renewal was sent off 4months ago, I have tried calling and emailing for the last two weeks now with no response/reply from anyone at the embassy/commission. ????????? terrible, embarrassed to be a south African.

Does anyone know what email address the SA embassy in London uses to communicate that one's passport is ready for collection? I want to add it to my 'safe senders list' so I don't miss it.

Over the last 3 days I have called 38 times In order to clarify and urgent issue regarding my passport and well ja!!! What was I thinking!!! They couldn't organize a piss up in a brewery!

I've been trying to contact you for the last 3 weeks and all I get is an engaged line or it rings forever and no-one answers.
I need to know if I have to carry out the application to retain my South African status before I go through the process for Indefinite Leave to Remain (in the UK) or if it's only before I carry out the process for citizenship.

Iv been trying to phone the embassy for a security clearance certificate so I can join the royal navy and I have either an engaged tone or they pick up the phone and slam it back down with out speaking I am disgusted with how they are running this embassy as a perminant residence I need that to join the royal navy and these arseholes won't help sent them emails no reply sent them letters no reply phoning them well as you read above useless

Good day. Pls help. Ive a European passport and I'm portuguese lived in South Africa and got married the however it as not been registered in Portugal so here I'm single. I want to move to the UK. We ve a little girl of 3 years hold and I ve family there. What does my partner need in order to remain there with me. I will b looking for a job there his financially dependent on me. Urgent please
