Good day! My fiancee is a Singaporean citizen. We are planning to get married here in Philippines but they require my fiancee a legal capacity. Can i just ask where he can get the legal capacity. Is it available in Singapore or he has to get it in Singapore Embassy in Manila? Hoping for your quick response. Thank you.

Hi, I am currently married but almost 6 years physically separated with my wife. And I just wanna ask, if I will revoked my citizenship as a filipino and apply for Singapore Citizenship, will it nullify my marriage in Philippines?
how can a Singaporean National secure a legal capacity to marry a Filipina, can it be secured in Singapore or in Singaporean Embassy in Manila? thanks..
