How I can get the visa to Singapore immediately in Malaysia ,
Hi Sir/Madam,
We are a Singapore registered company and we have some documents which we need to be certified by The Iraq Embassy and since Singapore doesn't have Iraq Embassy the nearest will be Malaysia. We need to know what would be the procedures for certification of documents before sending to Malaysia Iraq Embassy.
The following we have done:
1. Documents already certified by Singapore Academy of Law
2. Documents already certified by Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affair.
What would be the next procedure after the above process.

I have a Guyanese visitor to Malaysia and I would like to bring him for a short visit of perhaps 3 days in Singapore as well in January 2019.
Can you please advise if we need a visa for the Guyanese friend? If required, can we apply the Visa for him in advance from Malaysia now as he is still in Guyana now.
