Voting day for Singapore on 11 th September 2015

i lost my passport
hi, i have lost my passport in KL, i am not sure if i lost it at the malaysian JB checkpoint.. is there any way i can call and find out? And how do i go about doing so if i lost it? i need to go back singapore by monday..

Apply Surat Kebenaran Perkhawinan
I'm Muslim Singaporean, going to married with a Malaysian (Muslim Convert) from Kulim, Kedah.
The Pejabat Agama Islam Kulim Kedah told that I must bring the Surat Kebanaran form from Majlis Ugama Islam Singapore (MUIS) to Singapore Embassy In KL which can get my Surat Kebenaran marriage with My girl...
