askinng too much requirement"
I'm.an indian nationality working in Thailand me and my fiance wanted to visit singapore for 3 days. When we went to check the requirement OMG they are even more than USA as one person said they were asking how.much money I have in fact I also have return ticket and hotel booking and they wanted to see my cash and card. I think the embassy has to do something about this. This Is.not fair and not showing respect to humanity.

Telephone answering machine repeatedly going on and on with no answer.
I have been trying to contact The Singapore Thai Embassy in Bangkok for the past 3 days, I call phone no.02-2862111 and 02-2861434 the number of calls are all in my cell phone which I can show as proof. I think there must be something wrong with your phone answering machine or the officer in charge simply ingnore all outside calls. As a Singapore citizen I am very disappointed with the service and would like to go up to Bangkok personelly to find out what is going on in The Embassy and whether the officer is working or not.

Please Singapore, your country is well respected as clean, non corruption, wisdom country. To let prisoner Taksin, corruption master, stay in your territory planning to destroy Thai people and Thai nation is contrast to Singapore reputation. Do not only appreciate his fortune but keep in mind your national ethic.

Fined for over-stayed in Hatyai, Southern Thailand
I am a Singaporean who was in HatYai, Southern Thailand with a visa expiring 28 October 2013. I was hospitalized in HatYai Hospital as from 26 to 30 October 2013 due to a swollen leg and extremely low blood counts. On my discharge on 30 October 2013, I was given a medical leave for another 10 days till 10 November 2013 for not being able to perform any duties or work for that period as my blood counts was still very low and the leg are still swollen.
On 2nd November, when my conditions improved slightly, I took a bus to return to Singapore. While at the Hatyai Immigration check point, I was called into the immigration office which I was fined for over-staying for 5 days as from 28/10/13 to 02/11/13 (500 bahts per day). I had explained that I was hospitalized in HatYai but the officer said that I need to extend my visa in HatYai when it expired. How can a person extend his or her visa which expire during her stay INSIDE THE HOSPITAL?
The fine imposed on me for over-staying was unfair and unreasonable. I wondered how many tourists had encounter the above same problems with me?
I hope any relevant department or authority would look into my case. As I felt I am unreasonably fined for that “non-intending over stay”, I would like to had my 2,500 bahts (compounded fine) be return to me. (Fine Receipt: Book no. 4151 – no.077)
