I went to the Singapore Embassy in KL this morning to get my NTUC income insurance surrender form to sign in front of yr official as requested by NTUC agent. I have purposely take annual leave to attend to this matter however I was truly disappointed with the respond of the official who attended my case. He came out asking what form to sign and looked angry. Not even want to read the email which I enclosed, I explained that it was written in the email and adviced him to read through first. Even thought we might be in wrong please explain nicely and advise why the embassy unable to serve as witness which requested by NTUC in the first place. I really hope that the staff who is handling the matter can give their utmost service with a smile so that Singapore Government will be proud of them. Don't give tarnish the good impression which I had with the government office which work efficiently and courteous.
