Lack of transparency is very sad and reflects the sad state of the ummah today. Are any agents offering refunds or is the money gone?
We have flights booked for 23rd July. Agent hoping mofa will open soon. Just making dua but it is looking unrealistic from the messages I've read here and on ummah forum. Kids are disappointed. Wish they had announced earlier about the restrictions. Sad :(
Brothers and sisters everyday I look at the review thinking one day I might read some good news, mentally and physicaly drained been planning this umra trip for some time , ment to fly 16th july dont now if we gona get mofa visa in time. Giving up........ my five your old still thinks were going allahs house, dont know how to brake it down and tell him its cancelled.

Still in the dark about our visas. We fly in a week but only have tickets. Allah is the one who split the moon in half... if he can make the impossible, possible. How can we lose hope that there is no way we wont get visa. Keep praying Brothers and Sisters and may Allah make easy for all
My agent has just told me that I have 2 options now and they are to return my passport or keep waiting and trying for the MOFA!!!! He said its pointless keeping people in the dark now and said it is very unlikely that the MOFA will be issued now. Travelling with Ayaan Travels in Dewsbury.
At least he is honest and has said he will keep trying for me if I want him to.
May Allah accept ALL our intentions of trying... Ameen
Mofa is open but agents are getting possibly one or 2 per day if im correct.
Salams, just want to clarify if the MOFA is open? My travel agent is saying no he's still waiting on news to be open flying out on 13th July
Yes my sis enquired and they said same as Air france that if you can provide some proof that you canot get visa you should get a refund minus £ 25 admin fee. MAYBE is what they said. Otherwise they will minus £ 150 each ticket if your fare qualifies for a cancellation.
