KSA Embassy in Beijing does not seem to know that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs no loner issues pre-approval for male visitors to Saudi but keep insisting for it. MOFA in Saudi confirmed that its only required for female visitors. Someone really need to talk to these guys there as it has certainly affect my business travels by continuously issuing single entry visas without much concrete reasons given apart from insisting on something that is not issuable in Saudi itself.
