My wife is Chinese and her visa for residence permit (Iquama) will be waiting at Royal Saudi Embassy in Beijing. Does anybody know which agency or medical centre is approved for her medical examination and does it need Saudi translation and stamps etc.? There is no information available in the public domain that I can locate.
I am presently working in Saudi Arabia and my son is studying in medical university in Guangzhou, china. In order to renew the resident permit in Saudi Arabia, a certificate from university has to get it attested by Saudi Embassy in China. Therefore, I would like to know the procedure for attestaion and if there are any agents available in Riyadh or China who can get it attested.

1. Proof of vaccination. You can get vaccination from ITHC (INT'L TRAVEL HEALTH CARE) (ITS YELLOW BOOK) COST RMB 300 you tell them need medical for international travel. This is same place where you get medical for your permenent visa.
2) HAJJ visa FORM agent will fill his self so no need.
3. Two passport size pics with white background
4. Two bank drafts worth *118USD and 116USD*seperately for the name of *"UNITED AGENTS OFFICE JEDDAH"*. You can make from BANK OF CHINA head office in your city. Bank Branch cant make. These two cheques are used for your accommodation in Mina and arafat, your transportation from Jeddah to Makkah, Makkah to Madina Munawara, and Madina Munaara to Jeddah. Other all accomadation you have to manage your self.
5. Return Air tickets
6. Letter from your embassy stating that you want go for hajj but if they only mention your passport detail so also no problem.
7.you cannot apply for hajj visa if you had perform it within 5 years before.
8. Hajj visas are open just around one month before hajj. now already start untill Oct 5 2012.
