I urgent need to renew my id card.the id has bee expired since 2014 .
i need gest my id card urgently beacouse i need to open bank accont and is not possiblo.

I have emailed Manchester consulate and tried to call to book an appointment to renew my passport that is expiring in July, no one got back to me ever since! I'm starting to get worried since I have seen many people trying to do the same with no luck. Can I please get an answer back?
The email is non existent and the phone is always occupied!

I am writing to you to request on appointment for renewal of my passport, which expired on November 8th 2016.
I have been trying to book an appointment into London Consulate before the passport expired, but the online system it is very difficulty to book on appointments.Every time I try the system says that (No appointments available at the moment. Please try later.)
That is one I decided to contact you from Reading to Manchester because I am very desperate at the moment.
