My name is Marco Spencer I have been trying contact the Portuguese consulate in London without any success so I can find out how can I renew my citizen card that expired. I had tried make a appointment on-line a thousand times where I always get the same answer (don't have appointments available at the moment please try later) and I'm getting desperate because my employer told me if i can't renew my citizen card he have to cut me loose and if I lose my job how i gonna survive.

URGENT - Need to renew ID Card and Passport
Hi,

I URGENTLY need to renew my ID card and passport. The ID card has been expired since 2013, and the passport will expire on 25 June this year!

I have emailed the Portuguese consulate in Manchester to request an appointment to renew my ID card, followed by my passport.I only received an appointment for 5 July, which is unacceptable because it's the expiry date!I tried ringing your offices to reschedule, only to be met with a faulty line and finally a voice prompt to email the exact same information I had submitted previously in writing.

This is very stressful for me because I urgently need to renew these documents and now run the risk of being a virtual alien living in Manchester no updated documentation to my name. Not to mention that I will possibly have to cancel my travel arrangements in early August due to the slow-moving wheels of your office.

Any IMMEDIATE advice and help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

hi, i had a 5 years portuguese residence card which is expired now during the appeal for uk residence card. my parents are portuguese national. now i want to know how i can renew my resident card as i didnt get any positive reply from uk home office. can i anyone guide me. i am in uk right now with my family.
