Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Greetings of peace from Mindanao, Philippines.

I would like to inquire about the VISA requirement . Type of VISA : Visto de Residencia (Residence Visa) -Artigo 62 lei 23/07. I have been offered an Erasmus Mundus Scholarship to pursue a European Masters in Social Work with Families and Children which will commence in August 25, 2014 at Lisbon University Institute, Portugal. The said university expects my arrival on the 21st of August. Hence, for this matter, I would like to ask if I can possibly process my VISA thru online and the requirements for the eventual realization of such.

Embassy contact numbers all unattended
Portuguese embassy number, always unattended...we couldn't get trough..we have many question but no body cares to answer our calls...Hope to embassy to more responsive to the visa applicants.

Marriage to Portuguese in the Philippines
I have sought help from the Portuguese Embassy in Manila regarding my marriage to a Portuguese national in 1999. After marriage, my spouse left for Portugugal and disappeared until now! I have written many times to the embassy for help but none came! I wrote to you as well. I have been married for 14 years now and have no clue where my spouse is! I would like to apply for a Portuguese nationality and this was mentioned in 1999 at the Portuguese Embassy here. A child is born during this amrriage. I want to know what help can we get (a) for my spouse who had abandoned his legal obligations to us especially to me as his wife; (b) obtain a Portuguese citizenship by marriage; and, (c) seek help to find his whereabouts in Lisbon.
