The increasing number of patients "CARDIOVASCULAR" (narrowing of blood vessels due to diabetes, cholesterol and uric acid) in Indonesia based on data from various hospital showed that the patients who come for treatment on average had reached an advanced stage, is caused by the lack of information received by society.

Then we hereby consultants INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC HEALTH CARE (LPKM) has been carrying out health education in order to socialize in order to raise public awareness of the dangers of Cardiovascular.

The constraints in the field is the lack of funds to carry out social activities, ranging from transport, meals and others. For that we ask the participation of funds from the Portugal ambassador appropriate for operational costs in the field. we are aware that these social activities do not get any advantage. Assalamu'alaikum wr wB

Kami dari Pengurus Pondok Pesantren Al-Ahqaaf, sudah 10 tahun lebih berdiri dan menyelenggarakan pendidikan keagamaan. Selama 10 tahun berjalan kami, selaku pengurus masih merasa kekurangan dalam hal sarana penunjang pendidikan kami. Salah satunya adalah masalah keberlanjutan pembangunan ruang belajar untuk santriwan dan santriwati kami.Untuk saat ini kondisi pembangunan ruang belajar sudah 75% dilaksanakan sisa 25 % lagi (Tahap Penyelesaian)
Adapun ukuran bangunan untuk ruang belajar/kelas adalah lebar 8 meter dan panjang 19 meter.Selain itu pulan santri kami seiring waktu juga bertambah untuk itu kami perlu tambahan kitab-kitab Al-Qur'an dan kitab-kitab penunjang dalam pendidikan di Pondok pesantren selanjunya untuk perlengkapan tambahan untuk administrsi dan pembelajaran kami memerlukan 1 unit laptop dan satu unit LCD Proyektor.
Perlu diketahui juga bahwa santri-santri kami merupakan masarakat yang ekonominya berada dibawah rata-rata (miskin) dan seluruh tenaga pengajarnya tidak digaji (gratis).
Untuk itu kami dari pengurus Pondok Pesantren Al Aqaaf berharap agar kiranya permohonan kami untuk penyelesaian pembangunan dan pengadaan fasilitas penunjang pendidikan dikabulkan.

This is in regard to the above service that I request which I encountered a problem. - upon my inquiry how to send and back the documents from your office, DHL Philippines says that I can send the documents to Indonesia, however, the return of document from Indonesia is not possible for cash or individual customer.
