Um grupo de turistas Pilipino vai participar de uma Convenção de Rotary Internacional a ser realizada em Portugal. Uma vez que não há nenhuma Embaixada portuguesa no Brasil a embaixada mais próxima é em Jacarta, Indonésia. O grupo é constituído por cerca de 15 a 20 pessoas, posso perguntar se todos e cada um deles devem aparecer pessoalmente para sua embaixada ou alguém pode representa o grupo arquivar os pedidos de visto e receber em seu nome?

I wonder why I can hardly get into communication with the embassy. I had spend much for my load yet,it is consumed without availment of having an answer from the embassy. How I wish applicants could be entertain during office hours. Phone is always unattended.

be carefull , your emigration in manila airport will intervew you.
they make very hard the life to the people,and do not let you get the plane , only if you a pinay friend or relative living in portugal.and they have so many requiment for you to do.
THEY JUST SENT YOU BACK AND YOU LOOSE THE PLANE.
