Attach your family ration card to the attachment while submitting for visa.
I went to the FRRO office and showed them that the address on the passport and ration card was the same and my name was not there
My name from my parents ration card was cancelled more than a decade ago. So showed them both the ration cards and uploaded the same
I know that they removed the link to track the birth registration. But still is there anyone who help me. Thanks

The FRRO fine for the Indian visa? It depends on how long ago the Citizen card was issued and if said person/child has travelled on an Indian passport after getting a citizen card.
There is a fine like 2k or 4k and the visa is like another 3-4k these prices change over time and they will only charge you for visa once they approve your documents online.
If a person travelled on Indian passport to a foreign country after the issue of citizen card then there is an additional fine and that may be higher.

Can anyone guide me as to how much is the penalty for late registration fees at frro mumbai for minors below 10yrs age
Fully agree for a one time registration with valid email. Link in email to validate first time users. That will throw the crap out in a heap.
