Does anyone know how to register/upload old births online in mangalore udupi taluk . this is for the year nineteen fifty nine so it is an old at home birth. please help thanks
Elvino Periera always does it through Bernardo Reis ! But you don't need any agent as all attestation can be done by yourself too. Just make sure all names are same without any divergence on every document.

BERNARDO REIS IS MIGUEL REIS'S SON. THEY USED TO WORK TOGETHER BEFORE IN THE SAME FIRM. BUT NOW BERNARDO WORKS SEPARATELY AND HAS HIS OWN FIRM.

Hi Brendon, you are right. I have heard this too. Hence my request for help on this forum.
From what I know mea does not apostille church docs. Only civil docs. But I could be wrong.
Apostille, do you know of any agent who can do this for me?
GO TO ANY NOTARY IN MUMBAI AND ASK HIM TO ATTEST THE PRIEST SIGNATURE, THEN GO TO THE MANTRALAYA (HOME DEPARTMENT) AND ASK TO ATTEST NOTARY'S SIGNATURE AND THEN FINALLY GIVE IT TO ANY MEA AGENT AND GET IT APOSTILLED. THE APOSTILLE CAN BE FROM MEA(RPO MUMBAI) OR MEA DELHI. MEA WILL THEN ATTEST THE MANTRALAYA SIGNATURE.
