Applying for BI after1 month u get BI.
Applying for passport also after 1 month u get. I dont know where the passport is printed but i feel so soon u get means it will be in Goa. Nit sure.
How long did it take you to get your bi after taking appointment?
And how long did it take you to get your portuguese passport after taking appointment?

Hi did u get ur oci hw many days it took. To get,on Monday u were suppose get. And wht r the charges. After that anuthing to do. This is last.
Ur messages we really dont know after getting Pp. Bcoz we rconfused first to surrender then we have cancel ration and voter id then apply for X1 visa after that just apply for OCI. If u dont need then u can take exit visa then only u can travel. But ask someone else also.
Just to add to my previous comment, after you getting the Portuguese passport and surrendering all the necessary documents, if you plan to travel immediately you would still need some sort of exit visa which immigration will ask for. Also cancellation of voters id and ration card may take time. So I think the Enter X visa is needed.
I suggest you check with the FRRO office on this.
My assumption is that if you have the Portuguese passport, you can travel directly.
The visa is required if you want to continue to stay in Goa now that you hold citizenship of another country. If you are going down the visa route, you can then apply for OCI directly, but remember that OCI also has some conditions which you need to fulfil.
If someone could please let us know the correct process here.
Yes Ryan I have read but after you getting the visa is it necessary to apply for visa x. Or can u travel direct
