You said "Why are you getting so offended?"
In fact you seem to be offended by the truth because the truth simply hurts you.

Previously you said "Should I move my case elsewhere?"
So I replied to you by saying "that you are most welcome to discontinue using their services by changing the agent/lawyer if you feel that they are overburdened with cases".

Then you said "Moving agents means paying the whole sum again, which I'm not comfortable doing"
So if you are not comfortable with moving agents, then why did you say "Should I move my case elsewhere?" So in other words you are a hypocrite because you talk both ways. You clearly don't know what you talk.

You said "If Travco refunds my money then I'm more than happy to"
No agent or lawyer refunds money because they are running a business and not a charity. Also they have not forced you to use their services.

You said "It's my agent's responsibility to keep me informed considering it's already two years now that my post sixty one case was submitted. I don't think I'm asking for much."
The agent's job is to make sure the case is submitted to CRC. Once the case reaches CRC, then it is the job of CRC to do the processing, analysis, verification and registration. Agents and Lawyers cannot tell CRC how to do their jobs & how fast to do it. CRC knows how to do their job very well. If the Agent has not heard anything from CRC, then how do you expect them to update you? They will update you only once they hear something from CRC.

You said “They were very good before, but now I feel that They are overburdened with cases and it's taking a toll on their previous cases as well as their customer service.”
You are really ignorant. It is not the agent that is overburdened with cases. The fact is CRC is overburdened with many cases. So CRC is responsible for the delay and not the agent. But you cannot entirely blame CRC, because there were many fraud BMC cases found by CRC. So CRC has decided to increase the processing time for BMC cases and also imposed the manual verification rule which leads to more delay.

So how can you blame the agent?

You said “That's what I feel.”
Nobody cares about your feelings, because your feelings don’t change the facts. The fact is the delay is from the side of CRC and not the agent.

You earlier said “Anyways, Is there anything I can do?” Then you said “You don't need to tell me what to do, I'm intelligent enough to decide.”
If you are really intelligent enough to decide, then why did you say “Anyways, Is there anything I can do?” Also why come here for advice if you are intelligent enough to decide?

Regarding this “Anyways, Is there anything I can do?”
Since you asked, I already mentioned what you can do. First option you have is to discontinue using Travco’s services by changing the agent, if you still believe they are responsible for the delay in your process.

Second option is to wait patiently, because there are many people like Jason and others who have submitted their BMC cases before you, which means they will get the result before you. Jason also mentioned in his post that he knows some people who are facing the exact same issue with their BMC cases and this proves that the agent/lawyer has nothing to do with the delay. So learn to be patient and stop blaming others as you are the only one waiting for so long. There are lot of people waiting much longer than you.

Even I submitted my post sixty one Mumbai case through a Portuguese advocate named Carla Grandela in Aug twenty twenty and it's been stuck since three years now still waiting BMC verification and the lawyer doesn't seem to help me much. I know some three more people from Mumbai facing the same issues and we have created a separate whatsApp group for Mumbai people to discuss our situation but seems like dead end now for everyone like us.

Why are you getting so offended? Are you a Travco agent here? Looks like! Anyways just fyi, I have spoken to other agents too, renowned ones and they've told me that presently July twenty two cases are on. I've also got this confirmation from Adv Bernardo Reis. I'm not shy of taking names because I'm not hiding anything or shy to withhold information because I'm telling the truth. And I will blame the agent if I'm not getting regular updates. You don't need to tell me what to do, I'm intelligent enough to decide. Moving agents means paying the whole sum again, which I'm not comfortable doing. If Travco refunds my money then I'm more than happy to. It's my agent's responsibility to keep me informed considering it's already two years now that my post sixty one case was submitted. I don't think I'm asking for much. If you cannot help then Back off rather than be Travco's mouthpiece here! I'm seeking genuine advice from people who are waiting for their post sixty one Mumbai Birth Registrations to come through.
