Its very simple to do it. Either you can do it or someone else can do it on your behalf with your authority letter. Just need to submit photocopies of any two documents that have the current names Aadhar, passport or Pan will all do. Fill in the form and submit it. And in fifteen days you'll get your corrected birth certificate. It's damn simple. Speaking from experience.

Anyone, please guide me on how to go about it "GAP IN PASSPORT NEED TO BE REGULARISE" at FRRO? in the registration it is asking for visa details and I put OCI details but OCI has no expiry. I cannot go forward.

Hi, seeking some guidance in correction of Parents names in my birth certificate BMC - H East ward, Vakola. I have their complete details on my PAN, Aadhar and Passport.and even their PAN and Aadhar are correct. Will this be sufficient such that they will put their full correct names on my birth certificate? Or is there any more documentation required? Can any one please guide as I am unable to proceed further due to incorrect or incomplete names of Parents on my Birth certificate
