I get it. Please lets not assume things out here. I am NOT looking for short cuts. Please re-read my original post.
I had been to Belgaum to get the original death certificate notarized and then attested by the Commissioner in Belgaum.
This is where I hit the wall or the road block is.
They are refusing to attest asking for a letter explaining the need.
If any one out here on this forum are in a position to guide me would be much appreciated.

EU law 'will continue to apply to and within the UK' until Britain has formally left the bloc, which is 2 years down the line.....
'Until the United Kingdom formally leaves the European Union, EU law will continue to apply to and within the UK. By this , I mean rights and obligations.
Britain has up to two years to negotiate an exit, but EU officials have been insisting on quick and potentially tough negotiations to discourage the 27 other countries in the bloc from wanting to leave.
