Ireland anti migrant protests
Hello everyone. There are mass anti migrant protests all over Ireland right now. A refugee centre was set on fire and burned in Dublin. Many Irish landlords have stopped renting to Arabs, Indians, Africans etc. Take into account before moving

The process for name change is now become very simple. It's also a reason why all these frauds are able to steal identities. You need to first and foremost change your mother's name, basis her theor on all her documents. It's most likely that the name on her Theor, Baptism and Marriage will be the same. If not, then start making the changes. I've done it for my mother and it's not tough to do because you're just going back to her real name. All the names she acquired along the way weren't her real names. So don't worry about the bank accounts and mutual funds etc. The gazette is a more than good enough proof to show that your mum changed her name. With that you can change the name on all her documents.
My mother's name on her Theor, Baptism and Marriage was the same and then in all her other documents like her aadhar passport pan bank documents investments pension account etc it was different. Except for her pension account, I changed everything with the gazette and affidavit. It took around three to four months for me to do this for her. Thereafter I submitted her papers for the first process. The only thing that has changed in her name is her surname after marriage. The CRC accepted all the documents in her married surname but her Assento and Casamento came in her Maiden surname. But that's not an issue...all the best!

And second phase starts with correction of your doc's , with your mother's correct name.

In child's doc's, mother's name only in Birth and Passport.

In BMC too you have to have a strong contact as you will have to correct yr birt certificate.
