Hello Shayne, after the UK referendum 2016, the Portuguese passport processes were brought to a halt, at least for a short while. Do you know why this was so?

when can i except my fathers birth registration ?
applied my fathers birth reg n marriage reg together in oct 2015 with agent,not given process no till date but got my orocess no by some orther agent by goodwill who phoned directly to lisbon in front of me and got my orocess no in Jan2017. i mailed to crc in jan 2017 and every month i got the reply from crc. my verification for marriage came in Mar2017 from consulate goa to sub registrar in margao n myself went to registrar got verified and the verification collected by goa consulate on 28 apr 2017. got the registrar outward no. again i received reply from crc on 16 aug 2017 saying they are still awaiting reply from the consulate

I m lil confused as people On this forum stated that they had applied In Nov 2016 for d first process Birth before N got thier Assento this. Month....i m lil confused how they. Got thier assento first when April / 0May 2016 is going on..plz help me sort this confusion..
