In reference to your email, we inform that we are awaiting instructions from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, New Delhi under the procedure of verifications of birth certificates and marriage and therefore it is subject to delay.

Quite cheap the apostille costs 50 per document and vfs fees are 22.

Download the form from http://www.vfsattestation.com/downloadform.asp and then go to the VFS Global centre in Bandra. You have to go to the same office as for Schengen visas. They do it in under a week.
