I totally agree. This is unacceptable. I have travelled to DBN several times to get my passport done only to arrive and no one can help me as their lines are always down. I leave on my trip in 2 weeks and still don't have a passport.

can someone from your DBN offices answer the phones and if you are too busy or on a Portugal public holiday then leave an answering service for the public to be aware. also update your webpage with your correct contact details. just shocking!!!!

reagards to applying a visa to travel to portugal for the december holiday, my girlfriend is a south african citizen, is it true that you need a minimum of about R30000 in your bank acc? if shes still in school? and whtas the new address and contact details for the portugal embassy in durban.
