His name is Fernado Ferreira de Souza el Casto Llorente. He was born in the parish of Angels, City of Lisbon, Portugal.
Is there anyway I can find this information??

Can anyone tell me, can a 74yr widow get a social grant in Portugal if she has never worked and has immigrated to back Portugal. She is a Poruguese citizen,has been back for the last 18yrs after living in South Africa and fully registered there? your help would be most appreciated. Widow needs help.
Heelo,I wouldlike some assistance, I am married to a south african and living overseas, my husband's father past away long time a go and he was born in Durban, but his parents are portuguese who are dead as well, we would like to get the birth certificate or any evidence to proove the portuguese origin of my husband's grand parents, the only thing that we have got is only the birth certificate of my husband's father, can you please advise me what to do??

The lady said the consulate is in the windermere centre. So try both places because 389 is a house and I doubt they moved there....
