I am a South African by nationality who is currently studying in China. I live in Pietermaritzburg. I will be coming back to South Africa in the begining of December and i am applying to a university in Portugal. I know that the Portuguese Consulate moved from West Street and were relocating to Windermere Road in Morningside. If you could please supply me with your new address as well as the new telephone number.
