I tried calling the phone number I found online but it is now being used by other company. The person who received my call in that number was very kind to give me the new phone numbers of the Consulate office :) God bless everyone! :)
i also got the same email like that...asking for affidavit of guarantee fund..and he said my salary will be 2500 week..thts really a lot of money..i also chatted with him every day but didnt allow me to see their face...same situation..same picture i guess...so now i believe its a scam
don't pay the amount your "employer" requested. It's a sham, there is no such thing as "Affidavit of Guarantee Fund ".
Hello,
I have received an email from an employeer in Lisbon, Portugal and he wants me to be his nanny on his two kids which is 4 and 5 years old. He found my email address at google search and he contacted me immediately. He said to me that I will not pay my working visa and air ticket flight to Portugal. He just only said that I must pay the Affidavit of Guarantee Fund of (120Euro) pay affidavit to ensure and happy that I will be honest with him and are willing to share my work, with this reason is it true? I am doubting about this. He also said me to contact the attorney via email and confirm the Guarantee fund that I must pay in three working days only. He sent me a contract and his pictures or photo of his two kids with him and his wife. When I contacted the attorney, she sent me a working visa form, affidavit of guaranteed fund. Before I send the Guarantee fund form, I must pay it via western Union. Is it okay to pay via western union just to process my working visa? Then after the payment,as the lawyer said, I must scan the Guarantee fund with a receipt of the western union and the working visa form. Then, they want my scan international passport and send it to them. My air ticket, scanned passport, trust guarantee fund, working visa will be delivered to me by courier.
I hope everyone can read this and can give my a piece of advice. Please, contact me at tanquion.bryan@yahoo.com
