1) Re marriage to a Portuguese national, you need all the requirements as mandated by Philippine law. Since no Embassy exists here now, I guess you must communicate with the one in Indonesia. Remember though one thing-AS A FILIPINA MARRIED TO A PORTUGUESE NATIONAL FOR 13 YEARS NOW, AND HE HAD ABANDONED ME AND MY CHILD, WE HAVE NO DIVORCE IN THE PHILIPPINES. THIS MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR FILIPINAS. SO BE VERY SURE.
2) RE: the portuguese here, well, I supposed you can find someone who can translate for him. Second, contact the Immigration re that. Contact the website of the Portuguese Embassy in Indonesia.
hi...i am planning to get a short stay visa in portugal..i want to know where i can process my papers.i want to know if the consulate in cebu will help me process this documents?would that mean that all filipinos who wanted to go to portugal to get a visa will possibly go to jakarta?

I have a bf named Nelson Jorge
Fonseca Cardoso came from
Portugal. He was arrived here
on April 22, 2012. My main problem
is he is turning one month here in the Philippines
on May 22, 2012 but until now he was no money.
My concern is all about him. I wanted to talk to him
seriously about the matter but still he keeps on silent.
He has no money, he brought only a few clothes,
i dunno what his work, he was planning to stay here
as long as he wanted but in fact i dunno what his work
i can't understand him.. sometimes his moves is kinda weird.
he went outside in the middle of the night.. he stares us when
we are in a deep sleep... Ma'am/Sir we are scared.
Please help us. I wanted to go back him in Portugal as soon
as possible.I already sent messages to his relatives
but until now there is no response.
i figure out that he has no contacts in his phone.
I dont believe that his relatives knew about that he was here.
i found out that he has no communication to his biological parents.
and also to his relatives for almost decade.
please help me ma'am.
