Can anyone help me how to renew polish ID card from UK.
"Numer formularza" mean the form registration number
and i have no idea what number they require for this..."Otrzymany kod"
"Powrot" means Return
and
"odwolaj wizyte" means cancel the vist
Is there any way to postpone appointment date.
it took me weeks to try and save the appointment form. Everytime i press save after filling the entire form, the whole page would disappear. The technical errors are high and the language barrier is a great disappointment. Would appreciation if the translator as well as other issues on the site is fixed.
For now i have no idea how to postpond the appointment date. Please Help.
