I have been asked by my father to find the coat of arms for Polanski (formerly of Lwow in Poland).
Reistap has a crest only with three roses. Another ref. has two swords three clover leads and a spade. The House of Names has a crescent moon and a star. Has anyone any suggestions as to how I can find the real pre-WWII coat of arms.
I am trying to find the birth place of my grandmother she was born in poland then sailed on the cassell to ellis island in october 1902 at the age of 10 can you give me any help

my grandmother anna kosky was born in poland 1892 but I haven't a clue where her mother was the same name and they sailed to the states in 1902 she was always known as anna koskybut on my mothers marriage lines it says anna zhowkoski can you help me please the passengers list says she came from csermira but I have been told it doesn't exist I live in scotland thanks for any help

I wish to renew my Polish passport in Edinburgh, but my PESEL number/birth certificate are in Australia. Is it still possible without them?

I need an emergency (temp) passport.I'm preparing to move to new property and within last week I lost my passport.
I have holiday planned for 22.08.13 and its not in EU zone.
Can you please tell me how I can get a temporary document which will allow me to go for holiday. I'm happy to pay for emergency service.
