Charles, what are the requirements you are taking to them? can I know? mind u,if one is missing they will not grant you.state the things u are taking to them and let me give my advice.on there website , they did not state that deposite from your sponsor into ur own account and also certain amonut of money is not stated.however, I think ur sponsor should be able to write an undertaken letter to them that h/she is sponsring you with certain amount of Naira /Dollar/Pounds or Euro as the case maybe and attache her/his statement of account to the letter at least 3months with ur case may,june july 2011 since u are going in first week in august.its somehow difficult for me to talk on this much with u since I dont know if u are going for 2nd degree or 1st degree whichever they request for ur own statement of account as well expecially if you are going for 2nd degree you must have worked for certain number of years after your 1st degree and have some savings in ur own account also even if it is not much.
there should be a reasonable balance in the statement u are going with which means if u deduct the money for u ur,sponsor also will still have more money in the account okey and you too imagine how much you can spand in europe in a month and even add extra and multiply it with at least 24months.
I wish you best of luck and never forget to commit everything to God's hand.

TATARIN
I think you should know tatarin, if no one tells u , u have to justify the purpose of ur trveling be it studying, medical treatment, tourisim e.t.c.I agree with them. If I were the consular, I would not have granted u also because u failed to justify the purpose of ur traveling. what are u traveling for ? we dont know, so why do u ask for visa? if for studying let us see ur acceptance letter stating how much u paid for tuition and even ur dormitary where u will stay. Just accept , they were right with their decision on not granting you on that basis.Only if they meant something else for justification for purpose of traveling.

@Obinna
They barely look at your bank statement. They already have a set mind.

I ve been to the embassy and I was denied because I did not provide justification for purpose of stay(lol) imagine after providing all necessary documents. I was told to appeal within seven days and I ve done that. Bottomline those pple are not ready to give out visas even if U have all your documentslike I did. My school has taken up the case now and I 'll see how it goes.

Statement of account
Dear King, i have gotten admission in a polish university and i have gotten all the requirements needed for visa. Please I want to ask about the Sponsor's Statement of Account: how much do they expect to be in the account? Secondly, must there be some transaction from the Sponsor's account to the individual account(as in to the person he is sponsoring). Lastly, is there anythin vital you will tell me which i need to know about the visa procedure. I will go for visa by first week of August.

admission and job in poland
Frank, identify one of the Polish Universities and apply for ur admission. google the universities in Poland and select ur choice then apply . u still have enough time to process ur admission between now ane October.
Visit the website of the polish embassy in abuja for the requirements before starting the processing of the admission just to know wether u will be able to meet up with the requirements to get ur D Visa www.abuja.polemb.net.

Please, if u identify any of the requirements that you will not be able to meet up with dont ever start the processing of the admission cos u wont be able to get the visa, its an advice anyway.

as per the job issue in poland , I cant tell you much bet there are teaching opportunities if u can teach english language very well , u will get one easily.

May God be with u , best of lucks.
