How can I cancel my appointment please help
For my visa application do i have to present myself to Pretoria or I may send probably via DHL? This is considering that I am in Zimbabwe and if i am to travel to South Africa I will be forced to stay there for the next two weeks or so until I receive my passport back?
I have been accepted at uitm to study and my tuition fees have been fully paid now I’m having a problem in booking an appointment. On the link I’m told I must book at a later date since Monday

I have been battling for 3 days to cancel an appointment. i have tried calling with no success and have emailed several times with no response.
They ask for a application number and a code. I have no idea what the code is. I keep having to use google translate because even though i have selected English it appears in Polish.
