King, thanks a lot. My guy went there(embassy) in febuary dis year, he briefed me on wat transpired b/w him and the consular. Even though he had a little problem(which he accepted waz his) and didnt travel, but he clearly told me dat d consular asked him to get d remaining document and She 'll issue him d student visa bt he cldn't. I am very much aware of d requirements: my CERTIFICATES 'r wit me. I 'll give u my numba later b4 i leave 2 embassy. Thanks 4ur prayers. I strongly bliv in my God. Prayer is now my food. Tkia guys. Tatarin , never think that I am an expert . I am NOT at all but just somebody like u , Charles and Ladi who post comments and advices on this forum.I am not advertising myself. all i'm doing is just to give little advice from my own corner here FOR THE BENEFIT OF OTHERS ok.

BUT Tatarin, it is clearly written on their site that there is no opportunity for appeal if you are refused. you were lucky to have gotten that opportunity.

there is one other thing please mind this Charles, if you are going for Bsc. make sure u have ur certificate from WAEC I mean original and not statement of result or computer print out and if u are going for MSc. have ur original certificate from your University or Poly ok very important, they dont welcome statement of result at all.

Charles , as per the statement of account I posted something related to this to u sometimes ago. have something reasonable in ur account base on how it takes to upkeep one person in europe in a month multiply by number of months u will spend and even add some little to it.

Charles mabe we can talk better on phone before u go. If i have ur number , I will ring you but then,keep praying because it is not by the DOCUMENTS u are going with,the STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT BALANCE, or How INTELIGENTLLY U CAN ANSWER THE FEW QUESTIONS THEY WILL ASK FROM U. King don't make yourself out to be an expert on this issue. Thimgs have changed from when you did your own visa application. Like I said I did everything on their website,used one of the insurance companies on their website, I even had a friend who finished from Poland put me through and what the heck is wrong with LASUTH. It is a teaching hospital highly rated in lagos state and nigeria, and yes an individual can appeal because you are given the opportunity to do so by the consular. These things have to do with God. It's either a yes and no. Beat of luck to u obinna

Air reservation
King, thanks 4ur response. I have gotten virtually all the requirement intact, i knew that before now. On that sponsor's statement of account, i only wanted to know whether if u know the minimum amount that will be sufficient. On the Air Reservation, which airline is better and where will be better to obtain that? Am jux getting prepared to leave to Abuja 4d Visa. I bliv God. Thank man.

Ladi, I have to let u know,not that I am hapi for him been refused visa but that will not stop me tellin him the truth so that others going there can be prepared.

ladi, I do not work at the embassy,but I know little about the embassy. I will refer you to what Tatarin posted on this forum on the 1st of July, 2011 where she posted
"I ve been to the embassy and I was denied because I did not provide justification for purpose of stay(lol) imagine after providing all necessary documents".

Let us ask him to explain what she refered to as JUSTIFICATION FOR PURPOSE OF STAY which she failed to provied.

Did they ask her during the interview section to justify the purpose for her stay and was unable to explain herself clearly?

Or is there additional Doc.they asked her to provide which they refered to as JUSTIFICATION FOR PURPOSE OF STAY which she could not provide?

can she tell us which of these did she presented:her sponsor's statement only,
her own statement only,
her sponsor's statement and her own

And can she tell us what balance was in the statement she presented.

Or was it the one she got from our so call agents?

sha talked about two things in her posts which I can see : JUSTIFICATION FOR PURPOSE OF STAY and STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT that is why I have talked about this two but then I can still point out one error in her application and that is her Medical report, they always respect reports from FEDERAL HOSPITALS like LUTH, UCH and the rest and LASUTH is of state and not federal.

If Tatarin can come out completely with the docs. she presented,there may be more errors in her Docs. which she may be thinking as correct and the consular will not tell her because there is no chance for appeal at the Polish embassy so how can we believe her that they asked her to appeal within 7days. Once you are refused that is all, no chance for appeal even stated boldly and clearly on there website check it out please. you may reapply later.

can she tell us from which of the insurance compnies she obtained her policy and how much?

also, her air reservation was from which airline compnay? did she actually bought the ticket or an ordinary print out via the internet which everybody can easily print without payment?

Guys be extra careful when u are going to the embassy. white man 1PM is 1PM so it is apply to there instructions, if they say do this to have this, if you fail to complete it dont expect it. that is what they are. Nice time bye!

King,it's obvious U didn't read what she had written before jumping to conclusion and making urself an imaginary consular. She mentioned she was going for studies

King, I had insurance, birth cert legalised documents by min of foreign affairs and edu, health cert from lasuth,paid first year school fees, accomodation by the school , good bank statement, in short every neccessary documents. So pls tell me whjat did I do wrong?
