pass for white house tour
WH says that foreign nationals need to go through their DC embassy. Who do I speak with at our embassy? I tried but I couldn't find a way to find the right link or person there. Very frustrating, indeed, considering that the matter seems not complicated at all.

Phil. Embassy Everywhere Need to be Polished, respectful on Phone
I agree with comments on embassy staff being rude on phone. It's not only in Chicago or D.C. We were in London, a male voice answered phone, we had a question if the Consul was in, instead of answering,"How may I help you"? He said, wala dito! hindi ko alam, tawag ka uli! Wow! Can he be more polite?

phil embassy employee arrogant, ill-mannered, sarcastic.
Nobody will answer the telephone. Bad service.I hope Jose L. Cuisia, Jr. will notice all of this complaints. Or maybe, what they're doing there is taking a nap.

DC Tours
A little bit of info helps...this one is for Marian. I've been stationed in DC for over a decade now and been experiencing tour requests from friends & relatives. For USCs (USCitizens) or residents, contact your Congressman/Respresentatives Office and request the tour. For foreign nationals visiting US, contact your Embassy. I haven't experienced dealing with the Phil. Embassy for White House tour request. It is difficult to get a tour of the White now, because of the 9-11 incident. Strict rules we have to adhere, but it is not impossible to request one. There is a standard form that I have used to request DC tours from my Congressman's office. Can't attach it here, but I will try to add it to the photos section.
Hope this helps. Merry Christmas to All! Maligayang Pasko sa inyong lahat! Maayong Pasko ninyong tanan!

Visit to the White House
Did anyone had a tour inside the White House? Did the Philippine embassy of DC help?
