Nagrenew ako ng passport, dagsa ang tao, wala tayong magagawa, pipila ka talaga. Ang maiinis ka sa labour sa kabilang room. Nakalimutan ko ang letter of employment ko at galing pa ako ng Oshawa at matindi ang snow kaya madaming aksidente sa 401, inabot ako ng 2 oras para lang makarating. Tumawag ako sa employer ko para ifax sa kanila ang sulat pero anong sabi sa akin... SIRA DAW ang fax machine nila!!! Bumaba ako para dagdagan ang oras ko sa parking, pag akyat ko uli nakasalubong ko yung 2 babaeng nandoon din sa opisinang yun, at anong sinabi sa akin! HAY NAKU ATE HINDI PO SIRA ANG FAX MACHINE NILA! PINAHIHIRAPAN KA LANG KUMUHA! Umakyat ako at hindi ko sila binastos na alam kong hindi sira ang fax nila pero ano ang ginawa ng babae sa front desk nila" ipaemail nyo na lang sa amin" tinawagan ko company ko at inside internet lang ang pwede. Nagpakahinahon pa din ako at nakiusap na baka pwedeng gamitin yung fax sa consulate ang sagot HAY NAKU KAILANGANG MAKIUSAP PA AKO SA KABILA! Natapos ang taong inaasikaso niya at anong ginawa!!! nagpatuloy sa computer niya samantalang nakatayo ako doon at alam niyang hanggang 3 lang yung kausap ko at 2:50pm na at naghihintay sa kanya! WALANG PAKIALAM KUNG NAKATAYO MAN AKO DOON SA HARAP NIYA!!! Sinabihan ko" baka naman pwedeng makuha na ang fax number sa kabila dahil aalis yung magfafax sa akin ng 3pm. Sabi noong kasama niya "ay oo unahin mo siya at mamaya na yan. Saka lang kumilos!!! Hindi ako BASTOS PERO SA INASAL NG NASA FRONT DESK ANO SA TINGIN NINYO DAPAT GAWIN SA KANYA?!!! KAYO ANG HUMUSGA!!!!
WAG NMN SANA NATIN HUSGAHAN ANG MGA TAGA COSULATE KASI IILAN LNG YAN SILA JAN SA OFFICE ILANG PINOY BA ANG NAG RENEW NG PASPORT ARAW ARAW NAPAPAGUD DIN ANG MGA YAN ANG HIRAP SA ATING MGA PINOY DI LNG MA PANSIN KUNTI AYAN MASAMA NA ANG TAO AMININ....
Napunta ako dyan inaasikaso Naman nila ako ng maayos..

Sorry sa inyo but in fairness di ganyan ang experience ko ay maka 10 x ko na nag renew ng document ko. I line up and pay accordingly..oo mahaba pila but I come early para una ako..
I thank god me embassy sa Toronto kase pepwedeng wala..
Dba? We have to be appreciative sa what we have.
We can say the worst of the worst , about our embassy and people in side that office..
But let's not forget change start within ourselves. We're not born with what you guys call
""customer service" ... You only learn that when??
You can't demand respect you have to earn it.
The world is not designed according to your wishes..

while I'm reading all the comments or notes about Philippine Consulate in Toronto, I'ts embarrassing and everybody is angry, we filipionos still carrying on our customs and attitude from Philippines, the staff in this embassy should notify those comments because the Filipinos here in Canada are the one paying your income, just cool down and the way of processing inside the consulate still behind not liek here in Canada. so whose gonna blame, the Consular must do soemthign about this andimprove the custoemr service to immitate like her ein Canada, custoemr service is the number one priority to get the credibility as one consulate, the amnner, attitude, soft vopice and patient are the ways to be applied to all cusotmers esp. Filipinos here in Canada , Toronto. We , everybody are busy but we have our own job to do, so do the right way and RESPECT is the number one priority to be applied because all over the world Canadian way is POLITE and very calm down people. we have to undrstant each other and RESPECT is the vision for our service to customers or clients. I'm working in a big bank here in Canada and there are so many such varieties of the ay I dealt with customers and we must be patient and calm down, Communication is teh best policy. especailly this kind of office Consulate.
I was asked to call them every day to follow up the status of my passport, a RUDE PINAY answered my questions rudely, ang bastos! Ni hindi niya man lng tignan online. "Kung wala, wala talaga! Sure ako dun sabi niya! Eh ano ba naman yung titignan dahil ako kailangan ko ng specific answer! Kaya po kaya andyan para tulungan kapwa Pilipino niyo! Parati pa busy linya niyo!
I called to inquire about what will be the penalty of a Tourist overstaying in the Philippines. This lady I spoked with doesnt know anything...what a stupid staff...she told me to contact Canadian Embassy! what a F@#$%^...the person overstayed in philippines not in canada what canadian embassy got to do with....she's so dumb...how can THIS WOMAN work in the embassy and have no knowledge about policy and protocols??? HAHA...EMBARASSING...WHO EVER IS INCHARGED IN THE PHILIPPINE CONSULATE SHOULD REPLACED THIS DUMB STAFF...
ang yayabang na kasi ng mga tao jan...cnu ba nag pasahod sa kanila ang govt dba?bakit nanjan cla dahil sa mga Pilipino jan....kaya kaya kayong gagong empleyado jan, mag ayos nga kayo..yayabang nyo...centavos lng kinikita nyo sobrang yabang na.
