not good customer service
i called to inquire about how to go over doing a SPA, the employee who answered me seems not to polite to be in this job. She seems annoyed when you are asking questions about the procedures. Not a very good customer service. She didnt have the courtesy to do the proper protocol answering the phone. Not too happy to entertain questions over the phone. I think she's in tne wrong job. I fully agre with the write ups here.

New Consul _Peter Chan
I was there in the Convention Centre and Senators form Philippines Angara, Villaflores , I think, and others likel congressman, promoting the Balikbayan how they become a dual citizens and become a tourists to see all teh beautiful, places in the Philippines,
Here comes the ne Consul Peter Chan,

He mentioned about other previous presidents and oen thing he talked about is against Marcos , how they acquired back the states or assests of Marcos.

This si ridicolous He was talking about previous presidents, he doesn't know that there are so many Ilocanos that love Marcos so well here in abroad, and nobody even clap their hands or applaud him, He is new here in Canada, he should be careful, because here in Canada are not talking about previous presidents or politicians , we are all one and united here in America Canada. He thought that we are interested he was talikng about, what kind of consul he is, He should not be here this kind of Consul, he should go back to his province or city where he came from. We don't need a consul who is stereo type, and unbelievable those comments. What a hect professional Filipino consul, no attachmentsm, no leadeship and no proffesionlism, we don't care what kind of position you are. you should be careful of talking if you are here in Canada, This is not Philippines anymore.!

Stupid employees
I renewed my passport in March 5, 2011 and supposedly released on May 11, 2011. I called the philippine consulate and they said the computers were down in Philippines so the passports has been delayed.. Starting May 28 to June 25 I never stop calling them. I spoke to this guy he said they already had my passport so I waited for a week. My passport still on hold so I called them again and i spoke to this dumb employee named Irene and she was saying that she phoned me to inform if I'm going to pick up or mail my passport..I told her I didn't got any call from them.. So I force her to check my passport if they still have in their office..At ayaw Nya I check basta ok na daw ang NASA record Nya so di ko alam Kung na imail o Hindi.. Then pinatawg ko ang boss ko the next day para ma force sila na icheck at ang sabi andun pa passport ko. At sabi ng employer ko I mail na LNG pero ang sabi nila tatawagan ko raw sila at Kung ipapamail ko raw or pick up so I called and one stupid woman don't pay attention to me.. While she was talking to me she spoke to others she just saying yes yes yes.. So my employer went to their office to pick up my passport at sabi na naman na isend na ang passport ko..! My employer was freaking out that those employees at Philippine consulate was stupid..
