My passport will expire on Dec 1, 2014.
I am supposed to renew it in Manila but didnt have much time as it will take 12 working days and my plight is due on the 18th of November. Can I do it in POM as I arrive?
What time is the office hour as I need to board a 9:15 plight to Gurney.
