Late Registration Of Birth Certificate
My name is Meldaniel Cruz. Last august my father and I processed an application for a late registration of my birth certificate. I was born in lae, and my birth certificate is registered in Lae. I had a job offer from a certain company in Lae, and right now having a NSO birth certificate registered in Philippines is one of the requirements i need. Can you help me or guide me so that I may be able to get my birth certificate or do what ever is necessary to get it?

citizenship/passport
My partner is a 34 yr old pregnant Philippino woman.
I am a British subject and she will have my baby in Manila in March 2014.
We are both presently in PNG.
My question is whether that baby will be able to have British citizenship as well as Philippine citizenship and be entitled to dual passports when it is older.
