Certificate of Marriage in Papua New Guinea
I worked in Lae and Port Moresby from 1976 to 1992 and I now reside in Marilao, Bulacan. I was married to a Filipina named Rosario D. Garcia in Lae, Morobe Province on July 14,1979. I wonder if somebody can help me obtain an authenticated copy of our marriage certificate from the Office of Civil Registration Services in Waigani which I urgently need for delayed registration with our National Statistics Office in Quezon City.
