Dear Applicant,

After reading through your profile, the answers you have provided ,you have been considered for the post of a Nanny to take care of my 3 year old daughter.

Below are the terms, conditions and benefits regarding this job. Kindly read through, understand and digest. Get back to me with your opinion about it.

REGULAR WORKING HOURS
You are expected to work for 40 hours per week 8 hours/day. Mondays - Friday

CONTRACT PERIOD
2 years

JOB SALARY/ALLOWANCES
A monthly salary of 2500 GBP and a weekly allowance of 150 GBP.

ACCOMMODATION
Free accommodation and feeding.

HEALTH CARE
Free medical services.

TERMS TO COMPLY FOR YOUR TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
**We family are helping you with 50 to 60 percent out of the travel documents expenses
*We do not offer salary deduction or fly now pay later system,we expect a serious and interested applicant to shoulder part of their travel documents processing fees.

AIRFARE
Round trip ticket will be provided by the employer. (From the applicant country to the United Kingdom and back to the applicant country upon the completion of contract).

Personal life and accident insurance in accordance with host government and/ or employee country government laws without cost to the worker. In addition, for areas declared by the employee country Government as war risk, insurance of not less than 20,000gbp shall be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
The EMPLOYER shall, at his/her account, repatriate the Employee to the latter’s place of origin in the employee country upon completion of this Contract. In case of termination of the worker’s employment for cause or as a result of death or serious injury, the EMPLOYER shall immediately inform the employee country Embassy/Labor Attache nearest the site of employment and the EMPLOYER’S Legal Representative about said event.

In case of death of the EMPLOYEE, the Employer shall bear the expenses for the repatriation of remains of the EMPLOYEE and his personal properties to his relatives in the employee home country, or if repatriation is not possible under certain circumstances, the proper disposition thereof, upon previous arrangement with the worker’s next of kin or in the absence of the latter, the nearest employee country Labor Attache and/or employee country Embassy/Consulate.

In all cases, the Employer shall insure that benefits due to the Employee shall be made available to him or his beneficiaries within the shortest time possible.

TERMINATIONS
Termination by Employer: The Employer may terminate this Contract on the following just causes: serious misconduct, willful disobedience to Employer’s lawful orders
habitual neglect of duties, absenteeism, insubordination revealing secrets of establishment engaging in trade union activities.
When Employee violates customs traditions and laws of United Kingdom and/or terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Employee shall shoulder the repatriation expenses.

Termination by employee: The Employee may terminate this Contract without serving any notice to the Employer for any of the following just causes; serious insult by the Employer or his representative, inhuman and unbearable treatment accorded the Employee by the Employer or his representative commission of a crime/offense by the Employer or his representative and violation of the terms and conditions of the employment contract by the employer or his representative.
Employer shall pay the repatriation expenses back to the employee home country.
The Employee may terminate this Contract without just cause by serving one (1) month in advance written notice to the Employer. The Employer upon whom no such notice was served may hold the Employee liable for damages. In any case, the Employee shall shoulder all expenses relative to his repatriation back to his point of origin.

Termination due to illness: Either party may terminate the contract on the ground of illness, disease or injury suffered by the employee. The employer shall shoulder the cost of repatriation.

In case of disputes arising from the implementation of the Employment Contract between the Employer and the Contract Worker, all efforts shall be made by the said parties to settle them amicably. If necessary, such negotiations shall be undertaken in cooperation and with the participation of the employee home country Labor Attache/Embassy/Consulate nearest the site of employment.
