Hi I a an Algerian citizen would like to visit your country Philippines i was trying to call Libya but no one answered and one thing Libya is still in trouble until now, and it is dangereous for us Algerian to go to that country cause they don't like Algerian would yo ube able to help please? and if i go to Malaysia can i get visa over there? and for how may days before the visa will be release?
