Sending money Vietnam - Philippines
Sending money to the Philippines
Mabuhay,

I want to introduce to you:
Transferring money service to the Philippines.

Currently, it's available in Vietnam only, but if you come over to Vietnam, or if you have acquaintance in Vietnam, you may consider to send via us.

Here is a personal service which requires trust.
It already established nearly 2 years in the Philippines,
mostly Vietnamese work in the Phils use this service to send money back to Vietnam.

Now, we want to develop the service to send money from Vietnam to the Phils.

How it works:
You send money (VND) to our Vietnam bank accounts, then we will send money (peso) to the bank account you want to send to in the Phils.

For starting, to build trust,
the FIRST time, you can come over to my place, my partner in the Phils will send money to your bank account in the Phils first, then you can give me money in cash, or send to our bank account in Vietnam.
For 2nd time onward, everything need to be through bank account and online.

Its fast and no hassle with reasonable/affordable price.

For exchange rate, we calculate based on:
VND USD buying rate of Vietcombank in Vietnam.
USD PHP selling rate of BPI in the Philippines.

For our service fee, its 1.5% per transaction.
(We consider a service fee of 1% per transaction with high amount).

For example, if you want to send 30,000 PHP to the Philippines.
Our service fee is 1.5% * 30,000 = 450 PHP.
Total is 30,450 PHP.
USD exchange rate (selling) as of May 23, 2015 of BPI is 45.02
So 30,450/45.02 = 676.366 USD
USD exchange rate (buying) as of May 23, 2015 of Vietcombank is 21,830
So 676.366 * 21,830 = 14,765,000

So, to have 30,000 PHP in your account in the Philippines,
You need to give us 14,765,000 VND in Vietnam.

Note:
+ Minimal fee of 150,000 VND or 300php is applied for amount of 500 usd or 10 million VND or less than that.
+ We prefer VND instead of USD.
+ We prefer BDO and BPI

So far, from May 25 to Jun 5, 2015, I've done transactions with 6 Filipinos in HCMc, total amount is 202,450 php

Contact me for the service and more info!
Disregard if this bother you!

Maraming Salamat!

There is e-mail hacker in Manila
I have recently received an e-mail from one of my e-mail friend list, but in fact it comes from a hacker. The mail states that "my friend" is now in Manila to take care of his cousin that need to be operate for a bone marrow transplantation which cost US$8,000, and he need me to loan him an amount of US$3,000 (he said to send money via Western Union or Money Gram only and refuse when i try to contact my friend's wife about transferring money). I know that it is a "hacker" because i call my friend and he is still in Vientiane.
I attach here the details of e-mail conversation as follow:

"Hello,

I really don't want to disturb you about this but I had no one else to turn to. I'm in Philippines to see my cousin who lives here. she's critically ill and needs family support. She is diagnosed with (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia) - a type of Blood Cancer in 2005 and she had been undergoing treatment since. The chemotherapy treatment was going fine until last week when the doctor noticed that the disease has relapsed and the only way she can survive is by undergoing a BMT (Bone Marrow Transplantation). My sister whose marrow matched she has agreed to be the donor and she will be undergoing the transplant soon at the Medical Center Hospital Philippines Manila. The estimate for the transplant is $8,000. I have already spent approx. $5,000 towards her treatment. I request you to lend out a helping hand and support me with a loan of $3,000 because i am out of cash right now. Since I don't know your financial status at the moment, any kind of help whatsoever will be deeply appreciated. Your help and support will give her a chance to live a normal life once again. There is nothing called a small help when the heart giving it is big. Any amount will be accepted with gratitude and paid back after the surgery. Please let me know how much you can loan me so that i can provide you with the details to get the money to me and, I will pay back as soon as I return.

Thanks for your help."

I was replying as follow:

"Don't worry much about the expenses. I will do what I can to help her. I know how much it is to make a person survive from such degenerative disease. I have no problem to let you borrow the money. Do you want me to transfer the money to the Philippines? or tell your wife, Souk, to come and take the money?"

What they answer is:

"Thanks for your help and concern, You don't need to give my wife the money. The only way i can receive the money here is through western union money transfer or moneygram because i can't access my bank account here. Here's my details below.

Receiver Name: ..........
Address : 2150 Roxas Boulevard, Cor. Quirino Ave., Malate, Manila, 1004 Philippines

As soon as you send me the money please email me the details or attach the payment receipt to me."

After reading this, i know that there is something wrong with this mail and this is what i reply them:

"I forgot to tell you that my uncle is also working in the Philippines. He works for the ministry, some thing like police. I will contact him and you can meet him at the Lao embassy to get the money from him. I will confirm the appointment.

What is your address and phone number?"

After that i never heard from them.

Thank you all to read this long post. But this really happen few days ago. Please be careful if you receive such e-mail.

Free Mali
Please free Mali the Elephant, who has been locked in solitary confinement in a zoo in Manila for 35 years. PETA has offered to cover the entire cost of Mali's transfer to a sanctuary, so there is no reason why this poor animal should continue to suffer.
