Inadequate Information
This embassy has limited brochures to give to intending visitors to this country. Yes, it could be argued that they are not a travel agency, but please observe, there are even magazines there which are very old.

There time to attend to the public is very limited, two hours in the morning and another two hours in the afternoon. There must be plenty of time for the staff there to muck around.

I thought public service should be to serve the public, not to serve, at their own will, the public interest, esp. the Filipinos living there.

I wonder what the staff there are doing, for that another 4 hours where they do not meet with their customers?
