As per Employment Contract Section B, No.13-b-1) Termination by the Helper without just cause: The Helper can terminate the contract without just cause by serving written notice to the Employer at least one month in advance, but without such notice the Helper shall shoulder the return transportation.......Is this applicable for the Domestic Helper? Because I want to terminate my contract due to a job offer in Ireland? Plus, is it possible for me to transfer from Malaysia to Ireland while my contract is still effective? I am looking forward for anybody's suggestion! Happy New Year to all!!!!

my maid would like to go back to her hometown in phikkipine to pay last respect to her dear brother who has just passaway yesterday (31 Dec 2014). Do I need to do any paper work for her so that she could return to her homeland and return to Malaysia in a week time safely? Or can I just buy her a return ticket frm kl to manila and fly straightaway? Please reply soonest possible. For your information I am from alor setar , Kedah and if there is a need to do paperwork, ca I go to the nearest embassy say, penang? pls provide the contact details. Good day! I went to malaysia on july 2013 as tourist because my live in partner mother inviting me w/my daugther but my daugther did not come w/me before expiration of my visa i was sick so i cannot travel and my live in partner go to qatar after a month i went to malaysia thats why we had financial problem as well. i was over staying for 5 months i want to go home long before but had to save money first for the fine and fare ticket. on Nov 2013 i voluntary surender and pay all the fee and finally Dec 2012 i came home safe here in my country but still i want to come back to malaysia because i really like you country that's why i pay first for agent 1,000 rm to do my permit as installment but need to go home because i'm afraid to caught by the police.Kindly help me how to come back and this time follow the rules and if i'm banned how long? hoping for your kind response again thank you very much...pls email me @ ghemm_k8@yahoo.com
