I'm in Romania now for vacation until November 10, 2017 and my Romanian boyfriend we decided to get marry in civil marriage here in Romania.While I'm here we would like to comply the requirements needed. My question is, do I need to come back home in the Philippines to get all this requirements below? Or just go to the Philippines embassy here in Romania to comply this requirements. 6. Certificate of Singleness from the Philippine Statistics Authority, authenticated (redribbon) by the Department of Foreign Affairs;(issued within the last six (6months)7
