Information Trip Romania - Philippines
Good afternoon Mr./Madam,

My name is Ciprian Flavius Stoica, I live in Romania, Timisoara, born on 11.10.1991 and I would like to know some information regarding a trip I would like to make from Romania to Philippines. First of all I would like to explain, I am for over 3 years and a half in an relationship with a girl from Caloocan City, Metro Manila the National Capital Region of the Philippines and I am about to travel to her country on 26th of August 2014, in 5 days to be more precise. My trip will be for maximum 13 days with 2 1/2 days spent on the plane who will take me to Manila and back to my city. I've informed myself regarding the the documents that I require, such as Passport, ID card and by condition a Visa if I stay more than 21 days. I am sure that I will not overstay more than 13 days over there so I am sure I will not require a Visa for this trip. I also informed myself regarding the country itself, where to travel and where not to, to assure safety. I know also that I need to announce my arrival at the Embassy of Romania in the capital, Manila. Also regarding medical procedures and laws regarding foreigners who wish to travel there. So my question is: Do I require more papers/documents for this trip? Do I require to visit an hospital and administrate injections against some sort of illnesses that might affect me or anything dangerous? Should I take some documents that I can show at the airport over there that might access me free passage without any restrictions? Thank you.

non-payment of the Yearly vacation and the cost of Plane ticket
Greetings.

I would like to seek legal assistance and or advice regarding the non-payment of my yearly vacation which has been stated in the Standard Employment Contract under terms and conditions number 9, to wit :

"Vacation leave with full pay of not less than twenty one (21) calendar days for every year of service to be availed of upon completion of the contract".

I have just finished my 2yrs contract here in Romania and my employer is trying to deny his obligation to pay my yearly vacation as well as not giving me the cost of my repatriation. So I have decided to seek for legal assistance or advice regarding this issue and I am most hopeful, that I could get feedback on how and who to approach. Thank u very much.

The new staff and responsible person in the Philippine Embassy based in Budapest was very inactive in processing an urgent request. It's been almost 4 months and they never return back on any request.
