Embassy of Philippines in Bucharest

Hi, my sister who's currently working in Romania as a nanny is only given $450.00 for the whole month without a day off. Her working condition is bad and her employer is mistreating her and she is only allowed to use 1hr/ wk for internet. They took her passport and everytime she goes out, she's under supervision.

It's her 2nd job there and she hasn't signed another contract with her agency, IRSOFF; for her current job. She wants to go back home eventhough she owe some money for her said trip to Romania. Please help, what should we do?

In the Philippines, her contract was completely different along with her expected salary. Now, she's really desperate to either find a different employer or be able to go home. They won't give back her passport. What should we do?

Message for those who want to visit the philippines
There is no need to get a visa to visit the philippines unless you plan to stay more than 21 days. And even so you can pay a fee at the immigration office in manila to extend your stay. I hope you enjoy your stay. Ding

Hello Good day everyone! im Kari I would like to ask if what was the easiest visa?Because i and my boyfriend wanted to apply for short stay visit visa for 21 days! and he went there to ask if we can apply earlier for the invitation, and the police man in the Immigration Office told him that its too early to apply for it,which it make me confused why?does the the invitation has a expiry date? and what are the requirements of the visa?because the embassy doesn't give us the whole details.thank you so much, i look for your reply..i hope you can help me..

u need a cenomar or singleness, a birth cert a passport(of course) the later must have red ribbon and certified by the nso.

or those who are still in the Philippines, according to the blogs of The Filipino Community in Romania ( at facebook),there will be a Consular ( from Philippine Embassy in Budapest,Hungary )Visit on the first week of April,2013,Bucharest ( that I am also updating the exact date in April and where's the exact venue ).The Official Website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bucharest,Romania stated that Philippine Embassy in Bucharest is temporarily closed and the site mentioned the complete address/telephone numbers of Philippine Embassy in Budapest,Hungary instead.

hi po,i just finish my 2yrs contract here & renew again,i decided 2 have vacation this december 4 2 months,1st my boss said ok so all i know of course that they will shoulder my round trip ticket but after talking 2 the agency here suddenly & the agency said i have 2 pay 4 my round trip ticket.i shown my boss my contract with d red ribbon fr philippines,she said im rigth that they will pay 4 my ticket but she said we need 2 talk again with d agency.they dont have a decision without asking d agency about me.what can i do?i really miss my family esp my son.without day off here,its ok but after 2yrs 4 them & i want 2 have vacation of course its very difficult.pls help me.email;albano_myrna@yahoo.com
