Requirements for Multiple OEC

May I know the requirements in obtaining a multiple Overseas Employment Contract certificate? I understand that such certificate is needed everytime an OFW leaves the country (after vacation leave, new contract or for whatever reason). POEA advice is to obtain a multiple OEC. Thanks in advance.

If your employer takes away your passport I strongly advise you to go to the police and file a complaint. Holding someone's passport is illegal so you have every chance to win this battle. Stand your ground and do not give away your passport. Good luck!
